Yes. Your documents and recordings are not used for model training. DigiLocker access only happens with your explicit permission, and tokens are stored encrypted server-side.

When an official government API or authorized integration is available, SevaFlow can submit the application and confirm the official response. Otherwise, SevaFlow prepares your application, helps you complete the required information, and takes you to the official government portal to submit it yourself — never a fake confirmation.

No. We use DigiLocker's authorised OAuth flow. You never type your Aadhaar number into SevaFlow.
